Manitowoc’s new S-Series ice machines have simplified the service process. The hinged front door allows quick access to the evaporator and no tools are required to remove the water tray, water pump, or distribution tube; making service calls quick and easy. However, when service support is necessary, Manitowoc has a total support system to ensure a quick response to Manitowoc equipment and ice machine parts. Products are distributed through a worldwide network of independent wholesale distributors who serve a number of area dealers.
Service technicians from around the world attend Manitowoc field and factory schools to sharpen their skills on commercial ice maker repair and keep up on new technologies. Over 10,000 technicians attend Manitowoc service training seminars each year, and an additional 350 technicians complete a more intensive training program at the Manitowoc factory. When on-site training isn’t an option, we offer an abbreviated online training program.
